Where can I get a Regular Day or Peak Day ticket?
We have four ticket counters and you can purchase ticket from any counter depending upon your feasibility
How do I know the expiration date of my ticket?
Tickets are expired once you enter inside the park, although complimentary tickets have dates printed on the backside of tickets.
How can you ensure my admission?
If you posses a valid ticket and comply park rules and regulations, your admission is ensured but Rights of admission reserved.
Can tickets be refunded or exchanged?
No, tickets and bands cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Do you have a Park map?
Yes, we do have a park map. It's located on the convenient locations inside the park.
How many rides is there in Viva Las Vegas the Thrill Zone?
We have 7 rides operational, although operational ride status may differ on a day to day operation.
Are the eatables from outside allowed in the Park?
No
Why are outside eatables not permitted inside the park?
Outside eatables are strictly prohibited inside the park to maintain cleanliness & proper hygiene inside the Park.
Do you have any First Aid service available in the park?
Yes, we do have a First Aid service available
Is there any arrangement for announcement system?
Yes, the guests can make announcements at Control Tower,
Do you have a dining facility inside the Park?
11 Restaurants in the park are available. We have open air food court+ a restaurant for families. Also express counters are available at the Greek village.
How many times can we take a ride on this single ticket?

Are you providing discounts to a group/corporate/school/college?
Yes, please refer to Group Bookings section in website.
Do you accept Credit Cards/Debit Cards?
Yes
Can I leave the park and re-enter later?
No, your ticket is for one time entry only.
Is the Park open when it's raining/foggy/storm?
In rains, park is operational, although it can run in storm depending upon the intensity.
How long does it take to see the entire Park?
It depends on your interests in the rides and other attractions. It usually takes 2 hours plus.
Do I have to purchase a ticket for my baby?
If child is below 90 cms height, he/she is complimentary.
Is there a way to skip a long queue's?
Jumping a queue will mean disrespect to fellow customers in the park. We are in process of launching a premium service. That will provide preferential access to rides.

Do you refund my ticket if it in case it starts raining?
Tickets are non refundable, in any cases.
What is complaint handling procedure in your park?
If you have any complaints, please fill it in our feedback forms and we will look into the matter or write to us at info@vardhmanfantasy.com

Please present your ticket for entry into the Park.
No re-entry to the park will be allowed with the same ticket.
Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and void if altered.
The ticket must be used by the same person during its period of validity and is not valid for special events that require a separate admission charge.
All visitor’s, bags, parcels and other items may be subject to security checks at the point of admission to the Park and at such other locations inside the Park as park management consider appropriate.
Show common courtesy to fellow Park Visitors and our Park Members. Do not use profanity or engage in unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior.
Please respect fellow Park Visitors while waiting for attractions, shows, characters and parades. Please be careful not to bump into, push or move ahead of others in the queue. Also, the entire party must wait together.
Please supervise your children at all times.
Outside food is not allowed in the park premises.
Please read safety measure for the rides and boating.
Littering, spitting and smoking is strictly prohibited, if caught will be fined.
Vehicles are restricted to designated roads and parking areas only.
Park Management are not responsible and do not assume any liability for any damage to or loss of the property or belongings of any Visitor, whether such damage or loss is caused by negligence or otherwise.

The following items should not be brought in to the park:

Dangerous or hazardous materials.
Food, alcoholic, tobacco, beverages and cans or bottles.
Pets are not allowed.

The following activities are not allowed

Enter the Park without a valid ticket
Picking of plants or endangering the vegetation in any sense.
To pollute or damage the marine ecosystem in any way
To damage, destroy, pick or steal any types of structure, material or Park belonging.
It shall be unlawful for any person in a park to announce, advertise, sales or, call the public attention in any way to any article or service for sale or hire, without permission.
The display of any flag, banner or other emblem
Photography, video recording of any kind, broadcast or transmission for commercial purposes.
Engaging in any act that may impede the operation of the Park or any associated facility.
Any damage done to property or any act of the guest against other guest leading to an uncomfortable situation shall be strictly dealt with.
It shall be unlawful for any person in a park to sleep or protractedly lounge on the seats, or benches, or other areas: or to engage in loud, boisterous, threatening, abusive, insulting or indecent language, or to engage in any disorderly conduct or behavior tending to a breach of the public peace.

RESTRICED AREAS

It shall be unlawful for any person in park to enter an area posted as “Closed to the public”, nor shall any person use, or abet the use of any in violation of posted notices.

LOST AND FOUND ARTICLES

The finding of lost articles should be reported to the park administrative office, which shall make every reasonable effort to locate the owners and to find articles reported as lost.
Visitors who break the rules will be liable & answerable for the same, and if found guilty will be dealt seriously and may be awarded to pay the fines from – Rs.100/- to Rs.1000/- as per park management discretion.
